Version file + Bump to 0.0.2 #5

Im removing the version string from the gemspec and adding a version file. Also proposing a version bump to 0.0.2. Let me know what you think! :smile:

I don't have much time to fully test everything right now, but when I get some free time in a couple of days, I'll test and push to RubyGems. Thanks for the contribution! :smile:

Now that the PHP global vars are working, I can't really think of anything else I'd want to change about this extension, but if you have any ideas, I welcome pull requests. :smile:

Yeah, like most of the PHP stuff you would do with MM is pretty much covered. Here are some ideas I wrote down the last time I worked on this:

Error log
Setting PHP settings from inside the MM config
Fake sessions and cookies? (Crazy, I know)
