Init tldr repo #42

tldr init now clone the tldr-pages repository when selected repository folder is empty, otherwise try to update it using git pull.

Solves #35

I think we'd better keep it simple and stupid. the repo should be cloned first and then install tldr.py, that's clarified in the install guide. Besides, I've add a install script #44 to make it easy to prepare the environment. Thank you any way. 👍
