xbox 360 updates *alternate* #12

Some tweaks by me.

Added Button A to code called "Clicker".  Just made this press left click. *to 
pick up items and talk to people*

left down sends left click as well.

left trigger is shift left click *main attack*

need to remap left down and right down to more useful things.

raised sensitivity to 8 for joys.

seems to be working for me though the button assignment I am not entirely sure 
if I like it all.

That makes sense to try to do it that way. Not everyone will like it though. I 
left A open for vent keys for users that use voice chat but you can really use 
it for anything. I will take a look at your additions sometime.
