Add to doc - perl modules to install #138

When i used the "make testdeps" step of install, it mentioned that i needed to 
also install the following perl modules that where not referenced in the 
install doc before:

_Date::Manip Apache2::REST_

both of those are referenced in the Ubuntu doc...  under the section "System 
Deps" of the install doc.
