It does what it says on the tin. I added Hekate 4.0 to the payloads list.

I also updated ReiNX with https://reinx.guide/u/ReiNX.bin to fulfil update request in #38

sorry for being dead. hekate is already updated, maybe close this and make a new pull req for reinx?
