I don't actually know if this would be helpfull for all tracks, but I noticed the lack of conveniently changing settings, especially when adding a custom track.

I think this will be great for the custom track. For the other tracks I would refrain from doing it, because adding tracks will be the first thing the user will do and I want that to be as simple as possible and without obstacles. Interested users will discover the edit functionality eventually :)
