Change "Python" to "Python3" #19

This fixs the issuse "Python has no installation candidate"

This fails on WSL Ubuntu, but does it also fail on regular Ubuntu and/or regular Debian? I would suppose WSL Ubuntu should have the same set of packages, but I don't want to inadvertently break things
