I made the mistake of giving in to your update nag screen and now got a version with missing functionality and dangerous UI behavior. Great!
The missing functionality:
When I drop the root folder of a folder structure into the drop zone nothing happens.
You removed the ability to read whole folder structures.
Dangerous UI behavior:
When I use the mouse wheel to scroll through the setting screen the fields for bass and treble can inadvertently change.
I didn't notice it happen. I just noticed in shock that there were values in these fields and thought for a moment that I had to repeat all file conversions and subsequent tagging.
I'm not questioning the sanity of the person who thought that an equalizer would be a nice addition to a file converter. I mean the same person decided to add a scream sound to the end of a conversion job, so there is nothing to question.
But I like to make clear that the way the UI behaves now is clearly a regression compared to previous versions and I hate the fact that it was your deliberately annoying update nag screen that made me install this faulty version.
