5 years ago The configuration is not actually reset. But the configuration for different "Final" releases is stored separately, because config parameters may change their meaning between those releases. But you can simply rename the sections in the config file to "port" you settings to the new version, if you want to take the risk...

When the program updates itself, all configuration seem to be reset. It's super annoying. Especially the sound effects, and the advanced options. Please leave my configuration alone during the update procedure...
