What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run setup

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Hello,

It seems you are having issues with the ClickOnce installer. Due to the nature 
of ClickOnce is really hard to tell what might have gone wrong. So 
unfortunately I can't help much.

I would recommend using the executable version to verify if it runs correctly.
