Feature request: Please add text identation options to editor's preferences #3

It would be very helpful if we were able to choose identation method: use tabs
or spaces, and ability to select displayed width for tabs (in spaces mode
editor should insert this amount of spaces on pressing Tab key). See Eclipse's
Settings > General > Editor > Text Editors as example.

Agreed. Lack of this feature is a deal-breaker for me. Going back to old HTML
editor for now.

This is a 100% deal-breaker for me. I'm astonished that this hasn't been
implemented in the 2.5 years since this was requested.

You don't even need to add new UI for this. Just make Django Editor honor
Eclipse's existing "Insert space for tab" and "Displayed tab width" settings in
the Settings > General > Editor > Text Editors preferences.
