Need to get familiar with basic hg commands.

Will push an initial repo upstream for cloning.

Need to remove all SVN revision number stuff from build system.

SVN stuff is all gone, using hg keywords where we need a version stamp ( now we 
use
the date + time ).

OSX build is good, Windows is good - except for some AF linking
