Re-visit what all gets logged to job history. 

Should this be done at trigger or stone level?

Probably some more things to add but did some work on this.

Really long fields like "environment" now get truncated so they aren't so 
annoying in the log.

Also make sure not to log spurious column changes.

Status changes by dependency resolution is logged now.

One more pass and will close.
