@sesajad how is the abnf verified?

to verify ABNF solely I used https://tools.ietf.org/tools/bap/abnf.cgi to verify grammar against examples I used http://arran.fi.muni.cz/bnfparser2/

@sesajad anyways I'm going to not merge this though until we decide on syntax specification format.
