This needs to be a collection of resources that even a child can understand and apply, about how to become a whistleblower, safely.

Whistleblower often don’t know that the documents contain revealing information. For example fingerprints made for their copy. One of the things such a platform has to do, is remove these digital fingerprints. Just publishing the received documents is dangerous for whistleblowers
