Schema updates take two #14

I went ahead and pushed the new schema, though it does have a few exceptions that should be noted in the comments I left. While I'm sure there are some things that need to be further amended, be sure to associate this file with the text.xml file when working on the mark-up as there are dozens of inconsistencies that the schema is catching.
