Remind lawyer to update ticket if not updated within 12 hrs of creation #3

Lawyer needs to confirm or deny whether order of protection was granted. If granted, add expiration date. If not granted close the ticket.

This issue is to get a reminder to the lawyer if they didn't come back to update the ticket.
