update of fake apps + first draft for "iOS Simulator" #11

Hey Loren,

for my demo at iPhoneDevCon last week I slightly modified your version of SimFinger. Since I am working with Xcode 3.2.5 the simulator is not longer known as "iPhone Simulator" but "iOS Simulator". Also, its size has been changed. Beyond that, I adjusted the fake apps to compile against SDK 4.2.

Since only iOS 4.0.2 accepts fake carrier text and time I concentrated on that In the near future, I will correct the sizes for the iPad simulator as well.

What are your plans to support both, the old "iPhone simulator" as well as "iOS simulator"? Will you abandon the outdated version?
