iPad support #7

Hi, I've added overlay images and positioning code to support the iPad simulator. It needs a pretty big monitor to fit on screen, but works pretty well. Hope it's useful and I've done this right, I'm totally new to git.

OK, I'll let myself look dim...how do we get the iPad overlay to appear? I'm running on a 27" iMac, so I assume my screen is big enough. And how do I get the warning that SimFinger can't find the Simulator to cease?

Ditto @cocoacoder. I see that the iPad background file is in there, but how do I switch over to it from iPhone mode?
