Adding Shadows.py #523

@lorensen Check out the colours in the Python version, I think I have improved on Shadows.cxx, but your colour sense is probably better. I had this image of a cow in a barn with a incandescent overhead light and daylight shining through a window! You can really see the difference in the shadows. Also for the sphere I increased the resolution and it is beautiful too.

By the way this is working in VTK 8.90 yet when building I get this message: -- VTKWikiExamples: Shadows requires VTK module RenderingOpenGL and will not be built

Looks great. I think there is another file Shadows. I'll check it out.
