Adding descriptions for cxx examples #579

@ajpmaclean : Please review. I have tried to add appropriate descriptions for some of the Cxx Examples. Please correct me if the descriptions provided are unnecessary.

I am referring the descriptions from https://vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/annotated.html

If you can, can you please update the Java and Python example descriptions at the same time?
