Crosstalk module update #17

Converted as algorithm, forwarding new cell containers and plugged into reconstruction for clusters and rings. The flag --simulateCrosstalk controls when the AOD file will add the Shower shapes and rings using cells modified by the crosstalk model at the digitalization level. The cell pulse is not overwritten with new pulse, but a new cell container is created with this effect added.

hi, could you move from master to dev branch as target? I will take this developments and adapt somethings before finally merge with master.
