This PR implements the following:

A bug was discovered in RootStreamNTUPLEMaker.cxx that allowed the overwrite of event objects resulting in duplicate entries in the NTuple
Reimplements the legacy BoostedEvents class as OverlappedEvents. This class adds an extra particle in the Zee process to emulate close to other electrons. The name as changed to better suit physics nomeclature.
Misc linting and docs improvements
