So I tried using the 1.1.1 tag and found that it didn't work with the code that I had but dev-master did.

What confuses me is that comparing master to 1.1.1 GitHub thinks there are no changes.

Unless I'm doing it wrong, does this mean it needs another tag?

I pushed the tag again, It seems the commit was lost in another branch
