xmega(duino) support #145

Greets,

I've just made a similar request on the u8glib repo: I have a minor mod to 
m2tklib that allows it to run, in conjunction with 
https://code.google.com/r/arduinodevflyingcars-u8glib/, on Atmel Xmega chips 
(using Xmegaduino Arduino-compatibility layer).

If you're interested in incorporating this, the source is available at 
https://code.google.com/r/arduinodevflyingcars-m2tkxmega/
