touchegg and synergy

Hey all,
After upgrading from 10.10 to 11.04 Ubuntu I'm having a problem with touchegg 
sending gestures over synergy to my laptop. Here is the setup, I have a desktop 
running Ubuntu 11.04 with an Apple Magic Pad attached, all the gestures work on 
the Desktop, even different ones for different apps, My MacBook Pro is 
connected to the network and uses Synergy to use the Desktops keyboard and 
trackpad, the problem is that none of the touch gestures work not even single 
finger tap, touchegg does not even show it receiving the input in the debug log.

any ideas?

Hi!

But the gestures works fine with the Magic Trackpad paired to your Mac Book Pro 
or with the MacBook Pro trackpad??

I think that probably this will be a problem with synergy, that don't allow use 
gestures (but I don't know, I haven't test this tool) Try to ask to the synergy 
developers...
