Improve scrolling by allowing one finger to stay (almost) still and with the other do the scrolling #142

The benefits of this is that it will improve the responsiveness of the trackpad 
when scrolling. Note that it kind of work that way but it returns to the same 
place when the moving finger is released.
I am not really sure if this means that a new gesture needs to be developed, 
hopefully not.

I would like to say that this program is AMAZING!.

I'm sorry, but this is not possible with the actual implementation, and will 
suppose implement another non-uTouch gesture :S

I'm sorry, but I haven't got time to add this feature, at least for now
