Enable Finger Hold and Tap Gesture #160

The only thing I'm missing from Mac is the Next/Previous Tab and Open in new 
tab gestures that the third party tool jitouch adds.

They are the first two gestures on this page:
http://www.jitouch.com/index.php?page=trackpad

The Next/Previous Tab gestures just do a Ctrl-Tab and Ctrl-Shift-Tab.
The open in new tab gesture just does a Ctrl-Click.
