The desktop file: the first line is useless #93

Hi, I am from the kubuntu team, we packed touchegg few days ago.
Please drop the first line from the desktop file.
A desktop file is not an executable, and it's not standard. Every desktopfiles 
found in $prefix/share/applications work correctly without this line.
