Added sticky header support for multiple rows in thead. Updated Readme.md

Fixes #6 (Given fix for the following IE and cross browsers issues)

Fixes #4 (Had fix for this ,given separate PR for REPO https://github.com/dulcedilip/stStickyHeader )
