The concept should be the issue #1

Something virtual is real but not physically real, meaning something virtual is a representation that physically does not exist as in virtuality is.

Focus is a must to do-one-thing-at-time. It's important to analyze and track what causes a focus lost. Successfully determining a focus lost can be a valuable resource to trigger procedures within methodologies. focus lost is a kind of absence of user interaction with the system.

If the user isn't interacting it's likely he is only thinking, not doing.
