BROKER groups

• [ ] create groups for brokers
• [ ] brokers can have many groups of lenders or clients
• [ ] allow brokers to add/edit lender/client info. new lender/client must be linked to broker
• [ ] when logged in as a broker, only display his/her lenders and clients in listing pages.
• [ ] broker has ability to link lender with client
