error MSB4062: The "MSBuild.Community.Tasks.Xml.XmlQuery" task could not be loaded from the assembly \Build\Tools\MSBuildCommunityTasks\MSBuild.Community.Tasks.dll. Could not load file or assembly 'file:////Build\Tools\MSBuildCommunityTasks\MSBuild.Community.Tasks.dll

the The "MSBuild.Community.Tasks.Xml.XmlQuery" task could not be loaded from the assembly error keep coming after updated the dlls to latest version 1.5.0.235 from very old version before on git hub.
