Thank you!! Now the button appears, but it won't work, although Chrome seems to recognise the download? Attached video. I guess I am skipping something super basic here.

It works on version 0.2.0 on my PC.

What version are you running? You can check by navigating to chrome://extensions/ and looking beside the extension name (Webex Video Downloader).

Furthermore, try opening the site settings by clicking the lock in the url bar and then click "site settings"

Is anything other than "insecure contents", "ads", and "popups" blocked? Check if downloads are somehow blocked.
