Missing elements of the TMX format:

support isometric maps (this would need to be added to the tiles core code as well)
objectgroups and objects (and perhaps extend this to support SVG as well)
map, layer, object and objectgroup properties

I'm interested in using isometric maps... are there plans for this? I love cocos, even if it doesn't have an established path to mobile platforms, and isometric support would tip the scales in its favor! : )
