Can you please give more details...
Is it before you get asked if you're sure you want to download?
Does it get to the download manager and download the file or it's before that?
What android version are you using, and what is your mobile phone?
And finally, did you have a previous version of Router Keygen installed? If so
at what folder was the dictionary?

Unkown error can also mean lack of internet connection. Next update will have
this explicit.
Try doing a clean install - uninstall it, delete dictionary and reinstall.
Meanwhile I'm archiving this.

I'm getting a different error nowadays: 'The external storage is not
available'. Does that mean the download source is not available...?

Getting unknown error has occurred when downloading dictionary from app.
Router Keygen 2.9.1
Samsung Galaxy SII
Android 2.3.4
I have downloaded the dictionary from the website but my phone is not
recognizing it.

Please test with the most recent version. 2.9.1 is very old.
