1) Keep track of last selected ROI.
2) After a new ROI is drawn with any of the drawing tools, let it be closed/finalized with a new shortcut key 'u'.
3) When an ROI is closed with 'u', copy all of the properties (id, name, tags) from the last selected ROI to the newly created ROI and delete the old ROI.
Similar to ImageJ ROI Manager's 'Update' option.
