I don't understand why this happens to me when it didn't happen before

File "Downloader.py", line 1 <!DOCTYPE html> ^ SyntaxError: invalid syntax

Looks like Downloader.py has been modified.

In the end I downloaded everything again because I had first downloaded Downloader.py again but it had not worked
