Looks like a problem with ffmpeg.
Does ffmpeg -version
on a PowerShell gives output?

Hui... which distribution has this version?
Ubuntu 18.04 has 3.4.11 and that's treally old stuff.

Hahaha... My server is CentOS 7.9.2009 . But this version of ffmpeg may have been installed by me using an outdated link.

I also tried the latest version of ffmpeg, but make no use. So I go back to have a try, the problem is still there.
