Evaluate a way to extend the core compendia with module compendia #304

Example: RNHD adds Suffuse with Ulgu talent, but character creation cannot find it when it's not in the core Talents module

Idea: use any compendium with the label "Talents" when looking for talents, and the same follows with skills etc.
