Not dynamically responding to Collection Tag changes or Names #157

Hey I have (I think) successfully deployed replex in front of my plex instance running on k3s. This proxy is super cool and I'm excited to play with it but after messing with it for a bit, does it not have dynamic tag loading?

Whenever I update a replex tag or create an interleave row I have to restart my replex container for it to apply. Is that expected or did I screw up the install somehow?

If its not a feature request already, having dynamic response to plex label and collection name changes would be awesome.

Ah, ok setting REPLEX_CACHE_TTL to 0 disables the row caching and allows you to test your work. I would recommend reenabling this when you're done as it is probably pretty taxing to always be checking.
