Note that the confirmation screen indicates that the system has determined the email address is in-fact associated with an account
No email is ever received on the email address.
I checked for filters on the destination email account, but there don't appear to be any set that would affect this. Also, I searched the destination email account in-case something was getting auto-archived, but I never saw the reset email even several hours later.
I tried to reset my password last night, using my email and I never received the reset email. Here are the steps to reproduce:
