Test fixing commonmark #147

This PR:

removes hardLineBreaks entirely
fixes the behaviour of various elements inside containers
moves indentation from local
adds missing sections to tests
fixes blank line parsing inside containers
other minor fixes (usually one per commit):
- escaping characters inside info strings
- parsing reference definitions with no title
- setext paragraph interruption
- thematic breaks with lists

Note that the changes to .Endline and .Space are also in #146.
