Crash on startup if .cfg file is missing #162

Program simply crashes at launch silently if there is no config file in the same dir on first launch.

The tool requires configuration files to run.

I've added an error dialog for it if it fails 8fbd11d703994b98dba947ee77695706faef5eba.
