1 year ago 这个问题是dism日志文件无法正常写入导致的，尝试获取对C:\Windows\logs\DISM\dism.log文件的访问权限。
PS:如果你运行dism应该会看到
日志记录被禁用: 无法获取对日志文件 C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log 的访问权限。
