The additional styles can be previewed in swing: vscode://vsls-contrib.gistfs/open?gist=775dcd0a046596279c0ed1befd362d1f

While working on a swing with the new theme option, I realised I forgot to style some HTML tags that have definitions in VS Code's themes.:

kbd for keyboard keys (used for keybindings in vscode)
del & ins within pre (used for diff view in editor)
samp & var that I haven't found in vscode but should be similar to code in behavior
