Gatekeeper and Visual Studio #1

Hello there,

I just found this VS code extensions and it looks super cool. But is it possible to use this but for the good old friend Visual Studio. if yes how to ? In fact, Not all our dev are using VS code only and usually are VS user. For now we are not letting our user to go Live Share as long as we don't have something like Gatekeeper for security concern wise.

@SebHonorine Hey! Thanks for reaching out. We definitely want to bring this equivalent functionality to VS, and have just been waiting for feedback. Out of curiosity: are you looking for this functionality to meet organizational requirements? Or were you interested in it for other purposes? Thanks!

Mainly organizational requirements.( I updated my first comment too late). We don't want our dev to share code with the outside world or our code to be easily reachable from outside of our domain.

I'm here after finding Gatekeeper in the VS Marketplace, and am looking for the exact same thing as @SebHonorine . My needs are also based on organization requirements. Thanks in advance!!

Any updates on the gatekeeper plugin for VS Pro 2017/2019? This has worked great on the VS Code side of things and is a requirements to enable sharing for our user base.
