Delete existing+unusable sessions for a host #49

With https://github.com/vsls-contrib/communities/commit/991c92aedc7ef25bb16c88e8400d4aebb68858e9 it seems we don't need to prioritize this. In case we want to reevaluate, these were the original proposed solutions for zombie sessions. (Zombie sessions are LS sessions that are no longer active but still show up in the communities tree)

when the user is disconnected on the web socket for >15 mins, their active session gets cleaned up
when the user reloads VS Code and the extension detects that a zombie session exists, it is cleaned up
