Private communities #68

This PR introduces the ability for founders to mark a community as private. Once a community is private, members need to join via an invitation URL, as opposed to being able to simply join by name.

@lostintangent should we filter out the private communities in the /v0/top_communities endpoint?

@legomushroom This PR includes that change! Check out store.ex, which now filters the community suggestions to exclude private communities.
