Support ignoring files? #13

Would you be willing to support ignoring/hiding some file patterns?

Hey! Yeah that's a great suggestion. You thinking something like a simple VS Code setting that takes an array of globs to ignore?

A new WikiLens: Ignored Files setting has been added to v0.0.4. Let me know if you run into any issues/questions when using it. Thanks again for the feedback!
